  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

b. Lost Shipments

A shipment is considered “lost” if the courier cannot locate it after an investigation.

  • Confirm the loss
  • Issue a replacement or refund based on availability

c. Delayed Shipments

Elvazon is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or natural events. However, we will assist in tracking and updating you.

8. Package Refusal or Missing Recipient

If a package is refused or returned due to unavailability or incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees
  • Reshipping charges

Refunds may be issued for returned items, excluding shipping fees.
