1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, labels, and seals are intact
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Wipes
- Milk formulas
- Baby food
- Feeding accessories once opened
b. Beauty & Personal Care Items
- Skincare
- Makeup
- Hair care products
- Perfumes
- Grooming items
(If packaging is opened or used, returns cannot be accepted.)
c. Grocery Items
- Snacks
- Beverages
- Staples
- Perishable goods
- d. Household Items
Products used for cleaning, hygiene, or opened consumables are non-returnable.
e. Custom, Clearance, or Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable cannot be refunded or exchanged.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return
- Our support team will review your request
- If approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Inspection of Returned Items
Once we receive your returned item, our team will:
- Inspect the product condition
- Verify purchase information
- Approve or reject the return based on policy criteria
We will notify you of the approval or rejection via email.
5. Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
In the case of COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds may be issued as store credit or bank transfer depending on availability.
6. Replacement & Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item:
- Return the original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order for the replacement product
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos/video of:
- The product
- Packaging
- Shipping label
Once verified, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement of the item
- Store credit
- Full refund
There will be no return shipping fee for damaged or incorrect items.
8. Order Cancellations
Before Shipment:
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Full refunds apply.
After Shipment:
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still request a return if the item qualifies.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
